How I help

Situations I support

If you recognise any of these in your family, you're not alone — and there is a way forward.

My work is intended for children, young people and adults, supporting different emotional, behavioural and relational challenges and phases of life transition.

Rather than looking only at what is visible on the surface, I seek to understand each person as a whole and what may lie at the origin of their experiences and behaviours.

I deeply believe that a difficulty, an intense emotion or a challenging behaviour are not merely problems to be corrected, but forms of communication — an unmet need, a stored pain, a learned pattern or an inner call asking to be understood.

This is exactly where my intervention makes the difference: I accompany you in uncovering what lies behind what is seen, creating a safe space where that discovery becomes the starting point for real, integrated and lasting change.

You may seek support for situations such as:

  • Anxiety and persistent worry
  • Emotional overwhelm and difficulty regulating emotions
  • ADHD and challenges associated with attention and focus
  • Oppositional behaviour or defiant reactivity
  • Low self-esteem and harsh self-criticism
  • Burnout, exhaustion and chronic fatigue
  • Sensory overload and heightened sensitivity
  • Relationship and communication difficulties
  • Interpersonal challenges and the setting of personal boundaries
  • Overthinking and mental rumination
  • Significant life transitions and change
  • Questions of identity and self-knowledge
  • Difficulty adapting to new circumstances or life stages
  • Masking — the toll of hiding who you truly are to meet others' expectations
  • Exploring past patterns and experiences that still shape present life

My approach is always tailored to the person, respecting their circumstances, needs, innate strengths and therapeutic goals.

Neurodivergence & Emotional Well-being

Understanding what lies beneath

Neurodivergence is not, in itself, a mental health disorder, but rather a term describing natural neurological differences, such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia or Tourette's syndrome.

Even so, many neurodivergent people experience additional emotional and psychological challenges when their deeper needs are not understood, validated or properly accommodated.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental and deeply welcoming space for those navigating realities such as:

  • ADHD and challenges associated with attention and focus
  • Anxiety, constant worry and emotional overwhelm
  • Difficulties with regulation and managing emotions
  • Oppositional behaviour or defiant reactivity
  • Heightened sensitivity and sensory overload
  • Low self-esteem and persistent feelings of inadequacy
  • Burnout, chronic exhaustion and fatigue in the face of life's demands
  • Social difficulties, isolation or the painful sense of being different
  • Relationship, communication and boundary-setting challenges
  • Overthinking and mental rumination
  • Executive function difficulties, such as organisation, motivation and transitions
  • Life transitions, identity crises and challenges of adaptation
  • Masking — the invisible toll of hiding your essence to meet others' expectations

How Can I Help?

My approach refuses the logic of simply trying to correct a behaviour on the surface; it prefers to look for what lies behind it.

Together, we explore individual experiences, emotions, unspoken needs, patterns and innate strengths, fostering the development of compassionate self-awareness, self-acceptance, emotional regulation, autonomy and resilience.

The goal is never to change who you are. It is to help you understand yourself deeply, honour your uniqueness, and discover more genuine and compassionate ways of living and relating to yourself and the world.

Regression to Traumatic Memories

Exploring Earlier Experiences

Regression to Traumatic Memories is a specialist area of my training and clinical practice.

Through a rigorously guided and safe therapeutic process, we can explore earlier experiences that may lie at the root of emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, automatic reactions or present blocks.

The central purpose is to promote expanded awareness, deep understanding and emotional integration, helping to dissolve residues of the past that continue to condition present life.

This journey is conducted with the utmost care, ethical respect and at each person's unique pace, within a strictly safe and welcoming therapeutic space.

The aim is never to revisit the past for its own sake, but to understand its echo in the present in order to restore well-being, autonomy and the wholeness of the being.

Continuous care, like the waves
